The space is 1650sqft space with 15ft ceilings, exposed brick accent walls, natural hardwoods, large windows. View of Minute Maid Park. We have an on-site studio manager. WiFi access. Access to a freight elevator. C stands, V flats, 9 backdrop options. We have production teams for your creative sourcing needs specializing in model portfolio shoots, actors headshots, corporate portraits etc. With your booking we offer complimentary coffee/ tea service. Onsite catering options are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
