This venue can host a myriad of events. We have seen baby showers, Bachelor parties, repasses, birthday parties, fundraisers, and other outdoor events. The inside has hosted reoccurring and non-recurring meetings, town halls, and informal kickbacks in a social environment. The backyard can host about 100 guest and then so I can host about 30 guests. The inside also has two bathrooms and a kitchen stacked with a refrigerator, sink, and bar space. There is no official bar inside. Wi-Fi is available for purchase as well.

We work with a clean professional that has been in the business for more than 15 plus years. We clean and sanitized after each event. We have a security system that monitors access to the building to ensure that we are keeping access secure in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
