Neutral Studio Space in Private Modern Barn

Studio A in the barn at Tremaine Ranch is a natural light studio for photographers & creatives alike located in Chandler, Arizona. Featuring 16 ft ceilings, seamless paper roll backdrops in Charcoal, Olive, Sand & White, modern details with character and a nod to Spanish revival style, plants, decorative pillows, two leather sofas, decorative floor rugs, two 8ft tables with 8 chairs each, arched mirrors, loads of vintage styling props to use and more! At this time we do not provide professional lighting equipment for sessions. Please plan accordingly and bring your own. You can always use the overhead lights in the room if needed. Be sure to check the time of sunrise & sunset for your rental so you know if the rooms will still have natural light at the time of your rental. Sunset times change throughout the year, it is always best to check. Optimal times for this room: 8AM to 4PM. We have a pump powered sink available for hand washing and mini fridge stocked with bottle water. There is no bathroom on site. There is no kitchen on site. Well behaved, leashed pets are always welcome! Owner is responsible to clean up after their pet. Doggie bags are not provided, so please bring your own. The barn at Tremaine Ranch is a modern space available for an hourly rental rate. The studio has clerestory windows and skylights, which offer natural lighting throughout the space.
