Easily walk to downtown for food, coffee, shops and more! 10 min walk to neshotah beach- voted Wisconsins #1 beach. 🌊 🚤Free boat dockage- directly on West twin river / Lake Michigan - depending on boat type and availability. Contact us prior to booking; in season only. When you arrive you will see a large wrap around front porch. Perfect to enjoy a sunset while watching boats pass by. Gas grill to enjoy some meals with! After you’ve entered the door code, you will enter into the open concept kitchen , dining and living room. Directly off the kitchen is the full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, Keurig(and k cups), toaster and dishwasher! Lots of cupboard space to unpack for your stay. In the living room is a couch, sitting chairs, games books and smart tv. Log into your favorite Netflix or Hulu show. Through the living room is the stair way to the bedrooms upstairs (12 steps) Kayak and bike rentals are also available for an additional fee. These must be reserved ahead of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
