A standout location in the heart of Woodland Hills, this midcentury modern house has all the attributes of a contemporary setting; the exterior walls are painted a bright turquoise, the interiors contain generous splashes of color and a lush green open concept backyard is versatile and inviting. The 2,800 square foot house was built in 1958 and recently renovated to include many modern fixings, including a bright and airy kitchen with distinctive countertops and pale floors.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
