Our bright and open venue is the perfect place to host your next baby shower, engagement party, birthday, dinner party, offsite meeting, corporate event or any type of get together! Newly renovated with original hardwood floors, extraordinary natural light, high ceilings, private bathrooms and so much more. Our studio has wonderful charm and is the perfect creative space to host your next event! Our spacious patio is shaded and can easily accommodate chairs and tables to make a great atmosphere for an outdoor event. Rental includes use of our indoor and outdoor space, sinks, refrigerator, and bathrooms. Also, included in the standard booking is 10 free padded chairs and two 6’ folding tables. Need additional furniture? We’ve got you covered! We offer chairs and tables on-site, making it easy to add what you need without coordinating outside rentals or delivery timing, everything is ready to go when you arrive. Available rentals: White padded folding chairs ($3.50 each Six-foot folding tables ($12 each) Cocktail tables, 30” ($12 each) A flat service fee applies to all rental orders. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
