Our space is a manageable 100 person theater for stage and film. We have a lobby and a green room backstage for performers. There are professional stage lights for rent and a lighting rig to hang additionally lighting. As well as professional sound equipment to play music and record sound. Perfect for filming on stage with breakout production houses in the building. 4 ADA bathrooms. Free street parking for large groups Private fenced parking for VIP, load ins and trailers.

A professional cleaner is hired between bookings as well as the space being cleaned thoroughly 4 times a week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
