Formerly "Red Star Trucking", three-story office-industrial building. Half of the 2nd floor available. All of 3rd floor is available. Size from 2,000 - 33,400 Square Feet. (rooms to all of 3rd floor) Has empty office spaces and empty rooms with enough space to build sets. Please let us know if you wish to bring more than 20 people. Parts of the Basement available upon request. (pictures available upon request only) Most rooms only have natural lighting. Some outlets work on the hallways, inside some rooms they work but not all.

Health and Safety Measures
The bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor are cleaned every single day, except weekends. The space listed are all empty rooms, the cleaning staff does not clean any of the 3rd floor. If garbage is left behind you will be charged a fee for cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
