The table can seat 8-10 people. - Indoor/outdoor living - 16X16' loft area with large balcony - Large private backyard with pool - Parking space in driveways (3) - Primary bedroom is 18x18' and set up a seating area, typically used as a holding room for larger groups doing interviews. We will accommodate as best as we can for your specific needs. - Second bedroom is set up with a king size bed and botanical decor. - 2 bathrooms - Make up area - 7 ft backdrop stand with white 10X12 ft backdrop cloth As this is our primary residence we do work from home and stay in our office and out of the way throughout your booking.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All floors are vacuumed and mopped between guests. Every hard surface is wiped down with disinfectant and soft surfaces like couches are vacuumed and sprayed with disinfectant.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
