NEAR U is a new vibrant and dynamic event space in the heart of Brooklyn’s lively Sunset Park neighborhood. Here at NEAR U, we offer a unique experience due to our space’s versatility. Our space is suitable for birthday parties, family gatherings, music events, milestone parties and more! Our venue delivers an inviting atmosphere with: - Two-floor space, which includes two restrooms (one on each floor) - Back yard entertainment - Games and TV - Speakers - Neon lights to change the setting - Open dance floor - Onsite staff during your event Our well rounded and well-versed staff are always available to help with inquiries, questions, and cater to the experience our clients would like to create for their event(s). During your booking a staff member will be present. We also offer a one-stop shop for various and products to provide convenience to our customers and the local community. Refreshments including but not limited to coffee, hot chocolate, water, canned sodas, energy drinks, and snacks. In addition to our wide range of merchandise, clothing, and various goods. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
