Friendly and mature residential neighbourhood with lots of amenities (train station, high street, parks and hotels closeby). Furniture within the house can easily be moved/rearranged. Great for photo shoots, editorial shoots, interviews, filming, still life shoots and more.

We have a cleaner who comes on a fortnightly basis, we will ensure the house is sufficiently clean before any filming takes place.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
