A reservation for this space includes use of the open space on the floor. Our floor plan consists of a large open area set up with team tables, round tables, and theater style seating options. A kitchenette area includes a sink and a refrigerator that can be utilized during a reservation. Lockers are also available and may be used (locks not included). Exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. A training room and meeting rooms on the same floor are not included in this configuration option and may be reserved by other groups. Please see our listing "Downtown Miami Modern Office" on peerspace.com to book the full floor which includes meeting rooms and allows for exclusive use of the space. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings or productions are not interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests come to the floor from the building lobby. The building is open from 8:30am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Outside those hours the access cards also need to be used to get in the building. Reservations are only being considered which are 45 days or less in advance since the space is also available for lease.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
