This bright & spacious beauty is located on the Westside BeltLine Connector in Atlanta, GA. It has the perfect decor and open areas for corporate off-site meetings, photoshoots, music videos, film productions, baby showers, and private gatherings. The space is in the Oakland City neighborhood in the Historic West End. We are a few minutes from the Westend Trail of the Beltline, Lee & White Development, Mercedes Benz Stadium, AUC, and Tyler Perry’s Studio. You will have access to the open areas of the home - living room, kitchen area, dining table (that converts to a pool table/ping pong table), open loft area that has a poker table/game room, the guest bathroom, and large fenced-in yard. Sun-facing windows throughout the house are perfect for production or photo shoots. The space can comfortably hold up to 35 guests between all the areas listed for a sit-down event and more for production/standing events... Up to 3 cars can fit in the driveway, and street parking is available around the neighborhood. For an additional fee - you can have access to the following - - Up to 4 fully furnished rooms and 2 additional bathrooms ($50 for each room) - Stove - $50 for use - Folding Chairs - $2 per chair (we have 12) - Folding Tables - $10 each (we have 4) - JBL Party Box Speakers - $50 each (we have 2) TO CLARIFY - THE BEDROOMS AND ADDITIONAL BATHROACCESSIBLENOT BE ACCESSIBLE UNLESS YOU ADD THEM TO YOUR BOOKING.
