Tired of windowless conference rooms? Hold your meeting in our bright and spacious loft! We have flexible table configurations, fast verizon fios wifi, a private bathroom, full kitchen and lounge area adjacent to the main space. Also great for photo shoots, smaller video shoots, as well as a lovely holding space for larger film/tv shoots. In addition to our private space with lounge, the building has a large and lovely communal lobby area and outdoor courtyard. Please note the M-F meetings base price is $50/hr Weekend pricing for meetings varies based on timing and length of booking, please provide details for a custom quote.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
