Cozy event space located on North Padre Island. With 1,200 sq. ft. of open useable space, it is perfect for luncheons, business meetings, continuing education classes, workshops, and more! Plenty of natural light and gorgeous coastal chandeliers offer the perfect lighting for any type of event. Venue rental includes up to six 5-foot round tables, up to four 6-foot rectangular tables and up to 60 mahogany Chiavari chairs. The space has been used by many local businesses and individuals such as Gypsy Finns who hosts monthly Resin classes, Chunky Funky Flamingo teaches cookie decorating classes, ABCDancin' hosts weekly country dance lessons, Photographer David Olds hosts photoshoots and workshops, Padre Woodcrafts hosts craft nights, First Title Company held a lunch and learn, and many more.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
