A unique modern quiet Penthouse, with floor to ceiling windows and amazing views of the City. You are booking the main floor. The floor is large enough to house around 8 people. The floor is a minimalist versatile space that can be arranged in a variety of ways whether you’re hosting an influencer shoot, photo shoots, small scale filming, tasting. If there is anything specific we can try and accommodate where we can. As well as the main floor we have the lower floor, which has a beautiful bathroom with a bath tub (as per the photos). If this floor is also needed, this is considered a complete hire, and the hourly fee would be more. Please let us know in advance if this floor is also needed. As well as dry hire, we can also create a fully bespoke service for your event - everything can be arranged internally such as snacks, barista coffee, photographer, event staff, etc on request. The main floor has a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, with a tall ceiling and plenty of natural lighting. There is a bathroom accessible on this floor. One floor up and there is a private roof top access which gives a 360 degree view of London. The sunrises and sunsets here are incredible! The Penthouse is right next door to Dalston Kingsland overground Station.
