About the Space
This gorgeous 2000 sq. ft. home sits on a 1 acre lot and has it's own private river access. The yard is a mix of shade and dappled sun and wonderful for photographing, playing and lounging. The back patio is suited for 20-30 people easily and has a large sectional couch and large dining table. The interior of the home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The furniture and artwork can be moved around as needed with the exception of the large painting in the living room. If you do rearrange, please return items to their original location when you're finished.

The home is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings. There is lots of outdoor space if large crews need space to distance.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
