About the Space
Looking to shoot a film, interview, or photoshoot? You've come to the right place. With vibrant rugs, statement artwork, and books galore, our art-filled cottage is the perfect setting for any production. You will have access to the full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, two bedrooms, patio, and the backyard space (please note some of our property is woodsy and there is a creek that runs through our property that is surrounded by trees. We do not suggest going onto the property on the other side of the creek as the trees and bush have not been cleared). We have a record player, bar cart, and full dining table for you to use to entertain guests.

After each booking we have a professional cleaner come and complete a thorough deep cleaning of the space. We inspect after each cleaning prior to any further bookings to ensure it has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
