Main house is an open floor plan with beautiful mahogany French doors that lead out to massive screened in porch spanning the entire rear of the house. Property consists of 2+ acres with 3100 square foot 3 bedroom/3.5 bath main house, carriage house/carport and a 2 bedroom/1 bath historicly registered guesthouse. Palm trees and massive oak trees throughout the property along the waterfront and marsh. Also, just FYI there is a cat named Whiskers who lives here full time and comes and goes as he pleases but is very friendly and will want to make friends and check things out. If there are any cat allergies please take this into account. Whiskers stays!

For bookings that use the interior of the property the space will be cleaned by a professional cleaning company between every booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
