The space embodies grand southern elegance. There is plenty of space for bridal/baby showers, rehearsal dinners or corporate meetings. Large rooms throughout -- 17x15 formal living room; 15x15 parlor with 12-foot pocket doors so the rooms can be closed-off for break-out, if needed. Formal dining room is 19x16 and additional gathering space is 22x15. It also boasts an expansive wrap-around porch and oversized back deck for outdoor events. Situated on 3.5 acres for plenty of room for outdoor weddings and event tents. Finally, the house has 5 luxurious bedrooms (with ensuite bath) for overnight stays.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
