The house is located about 20 minutes to downtown Cartersville, 30 minutes to Lake Point Station, and 12 minutes from Barnsley Resort. This fully furnished property is ideal for staycations, visiting the area, and even stays for insurance claims or moving to or from the area. During your stay, you will have access to the entire home plus a 2-car garage. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV to allow you to access all of your favorite shows. Each bedroom has fresh linens and Smart TVs. There is a king-size master bedroom and two queen-size guest bedrooms. We strive to ensure our guests have all the amenities of a luxury hotel with a lot more space. You are welcome to make use of the propane grill! The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics. The countertops are brand new granite, stainless steel appliances and the floor is new tile. We set out a welcome tray with snacks, tea bags, and pods for the Keurig K Cups coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
