This location provides quick and easy access to just about everything you need. LAX is only a 1-mile drive. This beautiful large conference room seats up to 10 guests, has lots of natural light, and has a kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea) is an option for an extra charge. We also have a full-time staff to help you, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry-erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen are included. If you have any special requests, just let us know beforehand, and we will do our best to accommodate! *PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* BUILDING GUIDELINES We are Located at 5757 Century Blvd—one mile from LAX, between The Hilton and The Marriot. We are primarily a commercial office building, not a movie set. This building is used for various office-related activities. We aim to maintain a harmonious coexistence with other occupants, primarily using the building for office-related purposes. By adhering to these guidelines, all guests can enjoy a positive a positives experience while respecting the needs of the building and its users. WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR SPACE Use of your suite for the alluded time. Private Spaces: The building utilizes vacant suites for specific purposes. Some suites are better suited than others for your project. Please communicate your plans to ensure your requirements align with the available suite. These Vacant private suites are great for filmmakers who want complete privacy without interruptions. Renting Common Spaces: Common spaces in the building are shared with tenants who have leased office spaces. Please be mindful of their presence and activities when using these shared areas. Areas like The Lobby and Elevators are regularly used throughout the week. If your project requires exclusive access to certain common areas, please request to close them down in advance. This is subject to availability and prior arrangement. PARKING/LOADING Day rates are $16.50 for the garage and $30 for alley parking from midnight to midnight. Day rate in and out access is $30.00 per car. We allow ONE FREE vehicle to be parked all day loading and parking area (IF AVAILABLE.) The maximum size for this vehicle is 22’ long. If you have any vehicle above 6”2”, you can park in Alley or Lobby (if spots are available.) We do not provide dollies. AC HOURS AC operates Mon thru Fri from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. No AC on Sundays After-hours costs $75 an hour to run. We need three business days in advance to turn it on. ELEVATOR HOURS Elevators are open from 6 am to 6 pm on weekdays and 6 am to 1 pm on weekends. You will need an access card from the Lobby outside of these hours. Security can provide these cards in exchange for ID. WI-FI Wi-Fi is located in several areas in our building. If your suite does not provide it, you can book a conference room that provides access. INSURANCE Please provide general liability insurance to film here. Thimble is an App that makes it quick and easy. TRASH AND CLEANUP Please return the space as it was when you rented it. Remember to turn off the lights, Lease trash in designated trash cans, open all blinds, and return all furniture where it was. Sharing Projects and Photos: We would love to see finished projects or stills from your sets! We would love to share some stills to add to our pictures if allowed!

Health and Safety Measures

We make sure to clean with proper disinfectants between all of our guests. We also have a janitorial staff that does a deep cleaning nightly.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
