About the Space

Four Elms is a large family house in a quiet, upscale road near the centre of Godalming. It is a tastefully decorated, tile hung Edwardian house built in the Arts and Crafts style. Inside the house is light, with many double aspect rooms. The newly renovated traditional kitchen with AGA leads into a large open-plan breakfast room and even larger conservatory. The beautiful garden won the Godalming in Bloom best garden award. There are many seats to enjoy the view. Ideal for photo-shoots, videos, garden scenes and social events

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
