Our space is meticulously designed to accommodate various events from private listening parties, brand release events, to birthday parties. With an exceptional urban aesthetic, the studio effortlessly transforms to suit your unique event needs. **All events need the following** • Security (Only needed if event has 15+ guests) • On-site rep provided by venue • COI for all vendors • Proof of licenses for bartenders distributing alcohol • Any event that is after 12:00AM has an additional charge of$350 Parking: • Two to four-hour street meter parking is available on every street. • Parking spots in front of 1212 Stanford are $4 for the whole day (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM). • There is $5 parking in the garage across the street at 119 Stanford Ave. The parking garage is open from 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Please note that you must retrieve your car before 7:00 PM due to the garage being locked. • Parking is free after 6:00 PM. Sets: • 3 movable walls • 2 living room sets. • 2 sports bleachers. • LED strip wall. • City alleyway set. • Cafe Set. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
