About the Space
Our downtown Chicago loft space is ideal for both film and photography setups. The loft has excellent natural lighting, along with your chosen backdrop: an exposed brick wall or a photo background. Additionally, the space features a private elevator that opens up directly into the loft, an accessible fire escape, a library, and a kitchen. Located in the heart of the historic South Loop district, the loft is conveniently accessible via the Metra Red Line and is adjacent to plenty of shops, restaurants, and landmarks, including Millenium Park, Goodman Theatre & Chicago Theatre.

We will ensure the loft is kept up to an exceptional standard upon arrival for each booking. We will also provide disinfectants and other cleaning materials for each guest to use at the end of their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
