Its a corner space located in front of 2 water fountains, with plenty of parking lot space for outside scenes in the front of the fountains and parking lot scenes. BBQ, picnic, birthday party scenes and etc. We offer a small lobby area that could be turned into a variety of different entities, such as podcast style, interview scenes, presentation scene, yoga scenes, Therapist scenes more of a small group interaction scenes The main store front we offer the cashier desk can be used to hold a conversation between two or people, customers shopping inside the store front for beauty products (discussion over hair, skin, etc), authentic wood honey comb shelves as a back drop and more. The main store front also can be turned into a classroom scene, power point presentation on a projector (can discuss the hair, skin, etc), Each location is open for you all to get as creative as you like, you will have to provide all of your own equipment in order to bring your vision to life. We only provide the space. This space provides: parking lot/Outside fountain scene. Lobby area scene and Main store front scene.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
There will be a cleaning fee. Please leave with items you came with, keep trash, food, empty drink containers off the floors. After you are done with your set please clean up after yourselves and move everything back to it's proper placement if anything was moved. Once you leave everything should be placed where and how it appeared before you got arrived to the booking site. if anything is left, we will have a lost and found box near the lobby door and everything will be placed there we are not responsible for anything lost or stolen.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
