- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was suitable for our party. Access instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The facilities such as the chairs and tables were neat and easy to fold and put out of the way; chairs a little uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time as they tilt forward slightly, so fine for a party but perhaps not for a long meeting. The wifi was good and the speakers worked. The room and toilets were clean and tidy. It was a little difficult to access water for mopping the floor at the end of our booking as the bucket we brought didn't fit very well under the tap in the toilet and we couldn't get access to the mini kitchen after a certain time; there seemed to be an outside tap on the balcony but it was connected to something and we didn't want to dismantle it so we managed to clean the floor of the hired space with multiple trips to the bathroom using small amounts of water at a time.
