Recently renovated downstairs, with stove top in the island for easy kitchen filming. Large open space with tons of light from the three skylights and large sliding glass door into intimate garden. Located in the heart of Silver Lake just steps away from the reservoir. Located on a cul de sac so it's very quiet. Tons of outlets throughout the house, just over 2500 sq ft. Two full bathrooms and a large master bedroom.

Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
