Welcome to our home! High ceilings create an airy space that compliments the polished concrete floors and open concept layout. Tall windows throughout the home provide plenty of natural light, perfect for photos, filming, and events. The space also has fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and the living area opens into the backyard with large sliding glass doors. Big or small, fun or serious-- we'd love to host you for your next event or production!

We keep our space very clean, and have a cleaning protocol + cleaning crew in place between bookings!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
