About the Space

Hi there, We have 28 gorgeous acres of meadows & rolling hills, Indian Creek and Navarro River access, oaks, redwoods, a log amphitheater set in a woodlands camp, slab tables nestled into tree stumps (it's a fairy woodland!), three houses (12 bedrooms total) filled with props, antiques, salvaged items, and curiosities, professional grade kitchens (perfect for cooking demos), a rad mix of modern and historic, just two hours north of the Golden Gate Bridge, in beautiful wine rich Anderson Valley. One of the homes is the oldest in Philo, all redwood from 1888, 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms that was the original post office and a Wells Fargo stage coach stop. It has a full kitchen and pantry, each with sink/prep area: Commercial 48" Viking Double Oven Range w hood Viking wine fridge GE Profile Nugget Ice Maker (great for cocktails!) Thermador Fridge & Freezer Columns Thermador Dishwasher Cuisinart Toaster Waffle Maker (with waffle mix and real maple syrup!) Microwave Nespresso machine, which makes fab espresso and coffees Electric kettle with an assortment of teas. The second home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath real log cabin with a more mid-century feel to it. It has: Thermador Five Star Range-tons of BTU's 1930's vintage fully restored GE fridge GE Profile Nugget Ice Maker (great for cocktails!) Countertop wine fridge Cuisinart Toaster Waffle Maker (with waffle mix and real maple syrup!) Microwave Frigidaire Professional Line dishwasher Nespresso machine, which makes fab espresso and coffees Electric kettle with an assortment of teas. The 3rd is a five bedroom/2 bath more modern building. All homes have been fully remodeled with heated bathroom floors, many custom elements and easter eggs & surprises. There is also a 42' x 25' redwood deck perfect for outdoor classes and events. Accommodations up to 24 people can be arranged also for an additional fee. Photo shoots, corporate retreats, cooking classes, yoga retreats, wine tastings (of course! we are surrounded by amazing wineries) private celebrations are all welcome. Weddings are also welcome with a separate agreement. We can also curate experiences for you. We know everyone here and can create special wine tastings, tours, and epic adventures! For large groups there could be additional fees, so please reach out and we can chat. We have tables, chairs, glassware, table settings, catering rentals, generators, and event backdrops also. Glamping tents are available for rent as well. A whole little village can be created in the woods. If you're planning a photo/video shoot we are in the production world, and have access to many other properties in the County so let us know if we can help you plan your locations or the whole production. We have parking for tons of cars accessed from paved roads, right in town but off the highway yet within walking distance of tasting rooms and the market. Hi there, we do a deep cleaning in between guests and supply sanitizer, wipes and other items to keep everyone safe as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
