Wonderful workspace available for hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rent. We are located in the
Crenshaw district, Windsor Hills and View Park adjacent- close to the new Sofi Stadium and

We offer a sectioned off workspace within the studio, however the entire
studio is also available for rent upon request! Sectioned space is roughly 9ft 7in x 9ft 4in. Bathroom Included

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
$50 daily deposit for partial rental spaces cleaning, sterilizing, and decontamination of space after use. $100 daily deposit for whole studio. Refundable if space meets all cleaning requirements. REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
