    About the Space

    This traditional school, built in the 1960s, is a perfect location for production. It houses Pre-K, elementary and high school kids so all those styles are in the classrooms. A large gym/auditorium/cafeteria is on the first floor with a good size industrial kitchen. Administrative offices, hallways, good staircases, science lab, teachers' lounge, colorful tiled bathrooms, small playground and more. (TBD when available for after school hours, evenings, weekends, school holidays and summer.) Let us know if you'd like to scout. Security deposit: $2000/day

    Health and Safety Measures

    The school is professionally cleaned often. We expect production to bring in cleaning and paper supplies, etc and to only work if well.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30-day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
