SPECIAL OPENING PRICE! Our photo/video studio, located in downtown Los Angeles, features an off-white, industrial-style space with a range of equipment and props available for rent. We have few seamless paper background: black, grey, green, red, beige, deep yellow and purple. STUDIO RULES: PETS: Pets are allowed in the studio premises. However, a fine of $100 will be charged for any stains caused by them, including pee or poo. CLIENTS/GUESTS: Please ensure that the number of guests attending matches the requested booking. Failure to pay for additional guests will result in a fine. FURNITURE/PROPS: All furniture and props can be moved, but it is mandatory to return everything back to its original position. CLEANLINESS: Eating around or on the furniture is strictly prohibited. Food must be limited to the off-set area. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an extra $200 cleaning fee. DAMAGES: Any damage to the studio equipment or walls will result in a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value. The cost will be billed to the credit card on file. OVERTIME: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Please ensure that the studio premises are vacated, and all items brought into the space are removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Please plan accordingly.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
In between bookings we are disinfecting that space in order to combat Covid-19 and other infections. We also remove trash bins once they are full. Sweeping and mopping of the space occurs weekly. The space is also organized in between bookings if the client does not reset the space properly.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
