Our custom 6-bedroom 88-acre home, is perfect for quiet and reflective employee meetings and retreats, corporate events and more. Minutes from Lake Travis, 30 miles west of downtown Austin, close to Fredericksburg and the Hill Country. Near great local restaurants, vineyards & more. We also offer treehouses and a spectacular outdoor event venue, should you want to take your business or corporate event to the next level. Summary of the Ranch House facilities: Large great room with couches and bar area; both open to kitchen Gourmet fully equipped kitchen with stainless throughout, two large twin refrigerators, DCS professional gas stove, and 8-foot butcher block island. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
