Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following: - Remove all perishable items - Take out the trash. Dump trash bags in the GFL trash bin at the end of driveway - Load and start the dishwasher - Wash and put away all used dishes - Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances - Set Thermostats to 65 Heat or 75 cool - Close and lock all windows and doors Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it Please travel safely and come visit again any time you are in Virginia!
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
