About the Space
This one acre land outside city limits of Aransas Pass is perfect for weddings, proposals and parties. There is one large 16' yurt designed to offer the amenities of the modern world (bathroom, kitchenette, ac/heat) while still providing a simplistic connection to nature. Sip your coffee on the observatory deck, practice yoga, meditate, read/write or even gaze up at the Milky Way. 14 mins to Rockport 17 mins to Corpus 15 mins to Port A Ferry - WIFI - Firepit - Self check in w/key pad - Coffee Station - BBQ PIT - Hot tub The kitchenette and bathroom is located outside of yurt on the same deck. Kitchenette includes an electric stove, mini fridge, a microwave, coffee pot, kitchen utensils, bbq tools, condiments (salt/pepper, coffee, sugar) and paper products provided. The outdoor bath has a walk-in shower with body soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. In addition to your hot tub, you have chairs and a firepit (gas tank provided). There's also a bbq grill with grilling utensils.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
