Perfect for shooting lookbooks, family portraits, and headshots. Windows facing west allow natural light and beautiful golden hour photo opportunities. Easy unloading and entrance for your crew and guests; the unit has ground-level door entrance to the street. Parking is available right out front. The space features a 9ft moveable wall with two color options, a small kitchen vanity with sink, curved clothing rack, 4ft matte black rolling table, and a fitting room. Space is near a Brown Line stop. *Lighting equipment not included* *Please note that the bottom half of the windows and door have a privacy vinyl with a graphic pattern. The patterns may be reflected into the space depending on the time of the day. We recommend bringing a scrim to diffuse the light. In addition, you are welcome to use white transparent paper and tape (provided at the studio) if you would like to cover up the windows. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
