A bright open space with 15' high ceilings, loft, kitchenette and private bathroom. Large white walls offer the opportunity for a variety of photography genres. Smaller vignette walls offer artful expressions as a backdrop for creative vibes. Daylight streams in through many window and door openings and a large garage door can be opened on warmer sunny days to access the outdoors. Artwork can be taken down with prior consent and approval by host. This studio is located at the rear of our property behind our main residence on 1/2 acre in a residential neighborhood with easy access through a private driveway and the large garage door offers a simple and smooth load-in. The large work table (standing height 40"H) is moveable with casters and will easily fit 10 with stools. The dining table (seated height 30"H) can be used for a beautiful food spread. Refrigerator and enamel dish ware available for food and beverages brought in. An inspiring space to host photoshoots, video shoots, workshops and creative retreats.
