A 500 sq ft, sun-filled, jewel-box Board Room with incredible San Francisco views, built on the Roof Deck of a renovated permanently-moored 1924 Ferry Boat-turned ultra-modern office building. This state-of-the-art space comes equipped with complete Audio Visual setup, including screens and Zoom Conferencing cameras and microphones. Its flexible arrangement allows for Board Room table setup for 18, Conference-U for 25, 30 seated at 48" rounds, or 35 seated theater-style. The space is regularly used by Fortune 500 companies for off-sites, board meetings and strategy sessions, as well as by not-for-profits and policy groups for national and international mini-conferences. Daytime renters also have access to the surrounding Roof Deck for breaks; a stunning 10,000 square feet of landscaped deck space with 360 degree views of the SF Bay, the Bay Bridge, downtown San Francisco, Coit Tower and the East Bay. All rentals include a dedicated event manager during lead-up and on-site, free use of in-house furniture and pre-set, free use of in-house AV equipment and technical setup, and unlimited hi-speed wireless. All daytime bookings also include complimentary meeting coffee / tea / water service (max 25). Our event managers can also assist with catering / food orders and delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
