Located inside a beautiful Historic building constructed in 1932. This is an unusually unique location boasting 900 usable square feet, 15 foot tall ceilings, equipped for a variety of needs for Musicians and Bands, Podcasters, Content Creators, and is also a unique space for photo shoots.
Inside you will find an assortment of musical Instruments, Amplifiers, Microphones (dynamic and condenser), an 800 watt PA System, isolation booth for recording, Recording station w Audio Interface and 5' KRK monitor speakers, a PODCAST SET w Zoom podcast setup, and a back area w sink and refrigerator.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned between sessions. All instruments, surfaces, and high traffic areas are cleaned w proper disinfectant, Microphones are fitted with disposable sanitary non-woven covers (mic mask). Sweep, Vacuum, refill Humidifiers to maintain proper humidity levels for instruments, and set up equipment needed for next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
