Space includes: - 1st floor access with street level automatic rolling gate - 700 sq ft open basement space for any production needs (offices, hair+make, up, wardrobe, equipment staging ect.) - High speed wifi - Slop sink - Bathroom - Several folding chairs and tables - Changing room can be made upon request Since we are a functioning set shop, we can fabricate any custom set elements needed. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
