Building has a concrete floor, white walls and ceiling, sofa to seat 6 people, 60 inch TV, ottoman, single chair, and fridge with bottled water for guests. Building located on an acreage of land can be used for movie productions. Only the main floor can be used at this time. Occupant capacity 8 people only. Note: No bathroom available at this time.
