About Amaya Guesthouse and Event Space
A newly redesigned luxury guesthouse + event space along the Catskill Creek in the heart of the historic hamlet of Oak Hill. Our home, which was built in 1865 as a hotel, was redesigned in summer 2022, and is apart of the National Register of Historic Places. The home has been completely redesigned with modern touches, while maintaining its grand historic charm. Come up, slow down, reconnect, laugh, and live in the moment. The space The property consists of seven total rooms and sleeps up to 14 people. 5 of the 7 bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms, and the 2-bedroom master suite shares a beautiful bathroom with double showers and vanities. Please note that three of the bedrooms have open-concept bathrooms. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We charge a small fee for cleaning. We bring in professional help to make sure all areas of the house are properly cleaned and disinfected. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
