Beautiful and clean charming home, located in a desirable Decatur neighborhood - just minutes away from downtown Atlanta and hip downtown Decatur Square. Walk into this 3 bedroom / 1 bath home and let the warmth exude. Experience cool ambiance, clean space, and decor with a private outdoor deck and fenced-in backyard with a fire pit and charcoal grill. This place is perfect for photo shoots, content creation, Youtube/TikTok/Instagram Videos, Blogging, and film /video production - much more. There is a 3-hour minimum to book our space on weekdays and 4-hour minimum on weekends. Any time over the requested booking time will incur an additional hour.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
