About the Space
The space is in a renovated former factory building located in Williamsburg, just a few blocks away from Domino Park. As a working photography studio for the past 20years, it a the perfect location for small to medium productions/activities including: - photo shoots - video shoots - holding space for location photo or video shoots - small music or social events - small exercise classes - Interviews The studio is around 800 square feet with 14ft ceilings. There is a full kitchen and bathroom and can accommodate groups up to about 10-20 people (depending on the type of activity). The studio has 1.5 walls worth of HUGE south western facing windows that at perfect for natural light photography, videography, or small group events. The space also has a pleasant seating area, but it can easily be moved out of the main area for even more open space. There is a (well lit) hair/make-up station for any beauty/styling needs. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
