Newly renovated daylight studio space with 18ft tall ceilings and enormous 15ft tall north facing windows. Conveniently located in an updated Mill building 30 minutes from Boston. Location offers a free off street parking lot and industrial service elevator/loading dock for simplified load in/load out. Our north facing windows provide beautiful beams of light in the early morning and soft daylight the remainder of the day. Perfect lighting for short photo and video shoots. An 8ft long butcher block center island offers a convenient setup for for table top shooting. Multiple public bathrooms located on same floor down the hall. Bookings are subject to strict vetting and approval- large groups or requests sent without clear description of activities must provide a portfolio/social media presence with examples of professional work. - Basic cleaning and comfort amenities (paper towels, etc.) supplied - Grip packages are available upon request for additional rental costs.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces after each booking. We do provide sanitizing spray and wipes for guests to sanitize objects to their level of comfort. Space is vacuumed on a daily basis and all common hallways and bathrooms are cleaned weekly.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
