Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We pride ourselves in hosting a clean, safe environment. The studio is regularly professionally cleaned and disinfected. It is also cleaned at the end of every booking to ensure the safety and physical well-being of our guests. We provide hand soap, hand sanitizer and paper towels for the use of our guests throughout the booking. We can accommodate special cleaning requests if provided with 72 hour notice.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
