Luxury beach retreat offers breathtaking ocean views and a bright open floor plan. The neutral decor is welcoming and great for lifestyle photo shoots. The gourmet kitchen has a massive island and is perfect for culinary shoots. Family , clothing and home inspired brands can maximize the living room and lounge space/ grill on the rooftop for product shoots. Our kitchen and living room offer floor to ceiling windows for maximum light and views of the ocean. We also have an enclosed backyard with a pool for staging photos (Pool area is an additional fee).

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
