The third floor of our recently renovated building now features a spacious area furnished with brand-new outdoor furniture. The two balconies are included in the space available for your event. The space is suitable for hosting gatherings of twenty people seated or up to thirty people standing, both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, the space is equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and countertop with immediate access to a restroom and elevator. We do have Nonprofit rates available. The room should be straightened and picked up before leaving.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
