Come take a breath of fresh air at our 1 story modern farmhouse! It is a sprawling 3,500 sq ft perfect for your next production shoot or team meeting! The home is light and bright with all white walls, black accent doors, and wood beams. We also have some statement brick fireplaces as a beautiful back drop or focal point for your styled shoot. Both the front and backyard have a ton of beautiful green grass and foliage that keeps the space private and peaceful. We take pride in our space and keep it to the highest quality!

Our home is deep cleaned between every event. We also have plenty of surface cleaner, paper towels, and hand soap readily available for our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
